« Voorheen een camping waar Spaanse locals hun vaste vakantieverblijf hadden. Maar ook nog hebben, dus deze tokkie achtige Spanjaarden zijn er nog behoorlijk wat. Verder alles schoon en prima onderhouden. Zwembad wellicht wat te klein, maar La Muga ligt op een steenworp afstand en is een stuk rustiger. Restaurant was prima en meer dan betaalbaar. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. »

« Very limited activities in the "kids club". Things we re advertised as happening on the time table but weren't. Annoying rules not allowing even a drink near the pool. 8€ for 1 turn at the washing machine! »

Thank you for sharing your feedback.We’re sorry the kids club activities did not fully meet your expectations. One of our entertainers was absent for personal reasons during your stay, but all activities were held unless there were no children present. Any changes were communicated in advance.Pool rules are set by the Government of Catalonia for safety reasons and do not allow food or drinks inside the pool area, though drinks are allowed on the bar terrace.The laundry price includes detergent and softener and is similar to other campsites.We appreciate your comments.Kind regards,Bassegoda Park

« Mooi huisje, maar we misten een kast om.kleding in op te betgen, een waterkoker en verduisteringsgordijnen. We stonden helaas pal naast een bbq- plaats waar we elke avond wetden uitgerookt. Het zwembad was oké, maar niet fris doordat je met je grasvoeten zo het zwembad in kon. Weinig tot geen controle op ballen gooien en opblaasbandem in het water. Personeel daarentegen zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en omgeving is prachtig! »

« Bessogorda ticked all our boxes! A beautiful setting in the mountains. The entertainment and services on site were spot on. Super restaurant. The pool was fabulous. The kids felt so free. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Paula who made our two kids feel so welcome and ensured they were included despite our lack of Spanish (sorry!). We will be back one day. Gracias. »

« We have had an amazing time in Bassegoda! Everything was perfect, from the super helpfull and kind employees, the nice kids club activities, the very clean sanitary buildings, to the superb place and surroundings! Even a bit (or much) rain didn't annoy us, just an excuse to go enjoy a drink or two in the super nice restaurant and play a couple of games. Thanks a lot! »

« With a 8.5 Mtr motor home and a 5.5 mtr trailer a little more information about the access would have helped. The reception staff were helpful in getting us a pitch that we fitted on and ensured we were happy. »

« Bona benvinguda a la recepció. Restaurant molt correcte, i supermercat bàsic però amb el necessari. Però: el bungalow és minúscul, i pel preu que vam pagar hauríem estat molt més còmodes en un hotel/casa rural, amb més espai i aire condicionat (deia que n'hi havia però només era un ventilador). No hi ha un horari de silenci com en alres campings (és a dir, no fer soroll de 8 a 22 per exemple). Aquí hi havia gent fent gresca fins ben entrada la nit. Ni tornarem, ni recomanarem. »

Ens alegra saber que vau tenir una bona acollida a recepció i que vau valorar positivament el restaurant i el supermercat.Pel que fa a l’allotjament, vau reservar una habitació de 2 places sense cuina, que és el nostre allotjament més petit i senzill. A la nostra pàgina web s’hi detalla tota la informació, inclòs que no disposa d’aire condicionat. També oferim bungalows més grans i equipats, perquè cada client pugui triar segons les seves necessitats.L’horari de silenci establert és de 00 h a 8 h, i disposem de vigilant nocturn per garantir-lo. Tot i així, sabem que en ocasions puntuals el comportament d’alguns clients pot dificultar el descans i ho lamentem sincerament.Ens sap greu que no vulgueu donar-nos una altra oportunitat amb un altre tipus d’allotjament. Agraïm igualment els vostres comentaris, que ens ajuden a seguir millorant.
